The Judicial Qualifications Commission unanimously recommended that Fulton (Georgia) State Court Judge Dorothy Vaughn immediately be removed from office, calling her abusive and incompetent. In a harshly worded 37-page report, issued on May 26, 1995, the commission found that Judge Vaughn had violated the Canons of Judicial Ethics and was unfit to hold office.
